Extend your delivery capacity

Specialist Delivery & Subcontracting

Add focused technology, AI, security or instructional capacity to a defined client engagement.

Discuss a delivery partnership

Quoted to scope. Deliverables, schedule and fees are agreed before work begins.

Who it is for

Consultancies, MSPs, prime contractors, software firms and training providers

What we can deliver

  1. A capability and scope discussion tied to your actual opportunity.
  2. A defined work package, responsibilities and delivery expectations.
  3. Client-ready technical work, training or implementation materials.
  4. A documented handoff and coordination with your delivery lead.

The final scope, access requirements, schedule and included handoff are agreed for your engagement.

01 / Fit

When this is a useful next step

  • You have a real client engagement or opportunity with a defined specialist work package.
  • Your delivery team needs application-security, AI implementation, remediation or instructional capacity.
  • You need clear responsibilities, acceptance criteria and a client-ready handoff.

02 / Delivery

How the work unfolds

  1. Qualify the opportunity

Review the client need, required skills, schedule and eligibility conditions. Confirm that the proposed work matches actual capability before committing capacity.

  2. Define responsibilities

Agree on scope, deliverables, dependencies, client contact, access authorization and review authority. Resolve commercial and contractual terms before delivery.

  3. Deliver with your lead

Complete the agreed technical or instructional work and coordinate checkpoints through the named delivery owner. Raise scope changes and blocked dependencies early.

  4. Review and hand over

Assess the work against the agreed acceptance criteria and transfer the artifacts, known limitations and next actions.

We agree on the scope, responsibilities, schedule and completion criteria before starting. These steps are adapted to that agreement.

03 / Handoff

What you can put to use

  • Work-package definition

The specific task, boundaries, roles, required inputs, review points and deliverables.

  • Client-ready work

Agreed assessment findings, implementation, remediation materials or training content.

  • Delivery handoff

Evidence of completion, operating notes and unresolved issues for your delivery lead.

Your proposal identifies the included outputs, their format and the review or handoff session. Further implementation or support is agreed separately.

04 / Preparation

What we need from you

  • Share a factual opportunity brief and the proposed work package.
  • Identify the lead contractor, authorized client owner, delivery dates and relevant procurement requirements.
  • Disclose required registrations, qualifications, insurance or access conditions so they can be verified before commitment.

Scope boundaries

Partner discussions do not establish approved vendor status, clearances, registrations or reserved availability. Any subcontract, confidentiality, intellectual-property and commercial terms require explicit agreement. Work on client systems requires the client's appropriate authorization.

05 / Illustrative scope

What an engagement could look like

This is a planning example, not a client result or a promise of outcomes.

  • Starting situation

A consultancy needs a focused application-security review within a larger implementation.

  • Agreed work

Define the application's scope, reporting format, delivery checkpoints and the engineering team's remediation responsibilities.

  • Useful handoff

A reviewed work package and technical handoff aligned with the prime's delivery process. This is a possible arrangement, not corporate past performance.

06 / Questions

Before you inquire

Can delivery use our client-facing format?

Reporting format, presentation and client communication can be agreed during scoping, alongside ownership and disclosure requirements.

Can you support a procurement response?

Factual capability and work-package material can be prepared. Eligibility, certifications, pricing and binding commitments must be verified and approved for that opportunity.
