Practical AI for Your Team

Practice on relevant work such as outlining, summarizing, meeting preparation and document drafting. Establish boundaries for business information and human review. Use approved examples rather than sensitive live records.

Who it is for

Business teams

Starting point

A team with one or two tasks it wants to practice and a manager who can confirm approved tools and information boundaries. Mixed experience is welcome when the session is planned accordingly.

Format

Guest session, hands-on workshop or short course series, adapted to the audience and agreed learning goals.

What you will practice

  1. Choose a task that fits the team’s work.
  2. Create and refine a useful draft or summary using approved examples.
  3. Evaluate accuracy, source quality and suitability before use.
  4. Document information boundaries and human review steps.

Examples, pacing and learning checks are tailored to the audience. Tools, accounts and any paid feature requirements are agreed before booking. Instruction is provided independently by Wire Hold.

01 / Syllabus

Inside the course

A proposed outline for planning your class. Examples and depth are tailored to the audience; the final syllabus is agreed with the host.

  1. Module 01

    Select a real work pattern

Map a recurring task such as meeting preparation, outlining or summarization. Identify its audience, inputs and quality requirements.

    In practice

Choose a fictional or sanitized example of the team’s task and define a useful result.

  2. Module 02

    Draft with clear instructions

Give context and constraints, then refine the result. Separate approved source material from instructions and mark missing information.

    In practice

Produce a draft and improve it after a colleague checks it against the brief.

  3. Module 03

    Review before use

Check accuracy, completeness, tone and source support. Identify which decisions must stay with a person.

    In practice

Score two outputs against a shared rubric and explain the differences.

  4. Module 04

    Agree on a repeatable method

Document the steps, owner, information limits and escalation points for the practice workflow.

    In practice

Create a short team playbook and identify what needs further approval before live use.

02 / Format & pacing

Make room for practice

Suggested plan: a 3-hour workshop around one team task, or two 2-hour sessions with practice and feedback between them. Broader adoption work is scoped separately.

Timings are suggested lesson plans, not confirmed availability or fixed delivery commitments. Group size, access needs, breaks and prior experience shape the final schedule.

03 / Takeaways

Keep learning after class

  • A worked example and reusable task instructions.
  • A shared output-review rubric and information-boundary checklist.
  • A draft team playbook with ownership and proposed next steps.

Practice work uses fictional, public or approved material. Sample records and projects illustrate the method; they are not client results.

04 / Learning check

Show what you can do

A participant can repeat the task with a new sample, justify corrections and explain who reviews the output before use. The group identifies gaps that need a policy or implementation decision.

Learning checks guide feedback and next steps. Completion does not imply vendor certification, accreditation or academic credit.

05 / Preparation

Plan a class that works for everyone

  • Name a team sponsor and confirm the approved tools and account access.
  • Provide a non-sensitive example, a target audience and the quality criteria used today.
  • Share existing policies and any access or accessibility constraints before lesson preparation.

Before booking, we confirm the audience, learning goals, format, materials, instructor requirements and fee. Tool subscriptions or other third-party costs are identified separately when relevant.

06 / Questions

Before you book

Will this establish our company AI policy?

The workshop helps the team document practical boundaries and unresolved questions. Organization-wide governance or policy development belongs in a separately agreed advisory scope.

Can the practice become a working integration?

Yes, it can inform a later implementation proposal. The training engagement itself does not include production deployment unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
