AI & Security for Technical Teams

Tailored workshops on secure AI integration, application security, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation or secure development. Agree on prerequisites, tools and hands-on exercises before the session.

Who it is for

Developers, IT and security teams

Starting point

Practitioners should understand the selected application, development workflow or IT environment. Prerequisites depend on the chosen lab; a short planning discussion establishes a common baseline.

Format

Guest session, hands-on workshop or short course series, adapted to the audience and agreed learning goals.

What you will practice

  1. Map a selected application or AI workflow and its trust boundaries.
  2. Identify relevant security risks and authorized evaluation methods.
  3. Practice evidence-based review and remediation decisions.
  4. Build a reusable checklist for the team’s agreed use case.

Examples, pacing and learning checks are tailored to the audience. Tools, accounts and any paid feature requirements are agreed before booking. Instruction is provided independently by Wire Hold.

01 / Syllabus

Inside the course

A proposed outline for planning your class. Examples and depth are tailored to the audience; the final syllabus is agreed with the host.

  1. Module 01

Map the system and trust boundaries

Identify users, components, data movement, permissions and external dependencies in the selected example.

    In practice

Draw a small application or AI workflow and mark the boundaries where trust changes.

  2. Module 02

    Choose an evaluation approach

Connect plausible failure modes to review questions and authorized tests. Discuss evidence, assumptions and limits.

    In practice

Turn a selected risk into a review checklist and a bounded test plan.

  3. Module 03

    Review and remediate

Inspect a controlled example, assess the evidence and compare possible fixes with their operational tradeoffs.

    In practice

Review an intentionally flawed sample and propose a correction with a validation step.

  4. Module 04

    Build a team practice

Place review steps in the development or operational workflow and define ownership for unresolved findings.

    In practice

Create a reusable review or remediation checklist and walk through it with a peer.

02 / Format & pacing

Make room for practice

Suggested plan: a half-day workshop on one technical topic, or two sessions with a lab assignment between them. Choose secure AI integration, threat modeling, application review or remediation as the primary focus.

Timings are suggested lesson plans, not confirmed availability or fixed delivery commitments. Group size, access needs, breaks and prior experience shape the final schedule.

03 / Takeaways

Keep learning after class

  • A system or trust-boundary diagram for the training example.
  • Lab notes connecting observations to remediation and verification steps.
  • A reusable checklist tailored to the selected technical topic.

Practice work uses fictional, public or approved material. Sample records and projects illustrate the method; they are not client results.

04 / Learning check

Show what you can do

Explain a trust boundary, substantiate a finding from the lab and demonstrate how a proposed fix would be checked. The exercise is a learning assessment, not a production security assurance.

Learning checks guide feedback and next steps. Completion does not imply vendor certification, accreditation or academic credit.

05 / Preparation

Plan a class that works for everyone

  • Choose the topic, stack and audience prerequisites before lesson design.
  • Use a controlled lab or explicitly authorized training environment with appropriate access.
  • Confirm equipment, installation permissions and sample-code permissions in advance.

Before booking, we confirm the audience, learning goals, format, materials, instructor requirements and fee. Tool subscriptions or other third-party costs are identified separately when relevant.

06 / Questions

Before you book

Can we use our own code or architecture?

Yes, if the organization can authorize its use and agree on information handling and access. A sanitized example may be preferable. Production review or testing is separately scoped.

Does one workshop cover every listed topic?

No. The topic list is a menu for tailoring a focused workshop. The agreed syllabus identifies what will be taught and which prerequisites apply.

Bring this class to your audience.

Tell us who the work is for, what you want to improve and your preferred timing. We will confirm fit and provide a scope-based quote, with deliverables, schedule and fees agreed before work begins.
